- 1 lemon
- 3 ripe avocados
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 150 g feta cheese
- 4 handfuls of rocket

- 2 1/4 ounces fresh blackberry juice
- 5 spearmint leaves
- coarse sugar for muddling
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- dry champagne, well-chilled

Jamie Oliver's Dutch baby pancakes with roasted plums
- 20 g butter
- 2 large free-range eggs
- 100 ml single cream
- 120 ml milk
- 125 ml plain flour
- 30 g golden caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 plums
- ½ orange
- 2 tablespoons golden caster sugar

The Blender Girl's Beet Bliss Detox Juice
2 Medium purple beets, scrubbed
1-inch piece ginger
1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
2 medium carrots, scrubbed
1/2 medium lemon, peeled
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Madeleine Shaw's Mango & Ginger Smoothie
300ml Rice Milk
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/2 tsp of tumeric
Keeping it simple just place it all in the blender until smooth, Enjoy!
